Branding & Lettering

Custom Logotype for Desert Luxury Living

Selected Work

I recently designed the logotype and visual identity for Desert Luxury Living, including a series of collateral that went from basic stationery all the way to surf boards.

My experience

  • I’m currently working as a senior designer with the amazing team of FutureBrand New York, where I design and develop brand identities and systems for brands such as Peppa Pig, Lyten, and others.

During my time as a senior designer at Vault49 I worked on packaging concepts for brands such as Smirnoff, Camel and Guinness, developed product concepts for Cayman Jack by Marc Anthony, worked on licensing projects for Baileys & Guinness, and designed lettering for projects such as Guinness upcoming merch and Pentawards' 2023 identity.

  • During my time as a freelance I developed visual identity systems & branding projects for several brands in different categories such as restaurants, non-profits, development agencies & startups.

  • Custom lettering & Type design is at the core of what I do: from custom logotypes, to expressive pieces for posters, campaigns, mural, book covers & other experimental assets, this area of design can really add up and build up any project.

  • In the past, I’ve worked as an art director by leading a team of several designers in projects that included editorial design, UI, and branding. My responsibilities included creating and developing overarching concepts for each project, as well as designing for them and presenting & pitching to clients.

A decade of experience collaborating with leading brands in different categories such as: Artsynonym, Chronicle Books, Slack, The Washington Post, El Palacio de Bellas Artes, among others.

It all starts as an idea and a sketch

As a designer, I do believe the devil’s in the details so even when working on small project I like to add special elements that can make any piece authentic, even if just a bit, so that it not just follows a trend but can feel original and branded in a way.
